Welcome to Erskine Lakes Volunteer Fire Company #1
The Erskine Lakes Volunteer Fire Company serves the Borough of Ringwood with excellent fire service. The fire department, located in the Erskine Lakes section of Ringwood, responds first due to emergencies in Erskine Lakes, Cupsaw Lake, Upper Ringwood, Ringwood’s Industrial Park, and areas of Ringwood State Park. The Department is made up of 100% volunteers who dedicate their time in order to help out the community that they live in. Erskine Lakes Fire Company consists of a Chief, Assistant Chief, two Captains, and three Lieutenants who run all firematic activity of the department. Every firefighter goes through tough training and gets certified by the State of NJ as a firefighter. Other training received is CPR and First Aid. All training is paid for by the department. Optional training is also available. If you are interested in joining the Erskine Lakes Fire Company, please stop down on any Wednesday night at 7PM to see what we are all about. We are funded by your donations and buy all of our own gear and supplies. You can help support our department by mailing in your donation today to 70 Mohawk Trail, Ringwood, NJ 07456 or by clicking on the PayPal link. Every amount helps
